StephenLEWIS(Steve) Of Fenton Sadly passed away on 14th October 2018 at Royal Stoke University Hospital, Stephen aged 76 years. Much loved brother of Keith, dear brother-in-law of Pauline, a loving uncle of Paul and Mark and their wives, also a much loved great Uncle and treasured companion of Doreen. Steve will be sadly missed by his loving family and friends. Funeral to take place on Wednesday 31st October Service and Cremation at Carmountside Crematorium at 10.00 am. Will relatives and friends kindly accept this the only intimation and please meet at the Crematorium. Family flowers only please donations if desired to Alzheimer's Society In memory of Steve. There will be a collection box placed at the back of the Crematorium for the donations.
